  Zehlm® privacy policy applies to website(s) that we operate; However, we are not liable for the practices our clients operate after our services are complete and final, for their usage of their website after finalization of our services is their responsibility.
  Zehlm® Web Development, LLC does not tollerate theft or fraud. If you are trying to scam or commit financial card theft, you will be reported to law enforcement. Under these circumstances, we can obtain your ip address, phone number, email address, the signatures and geographical coordinance of your whereabouts through a cellular tower grid or satellite operative.

Protecting Your Privacy

  On our website(s), the only information we presently ask for is on a general contact-submission form. The form requests "Name", "Email address", and "Message", which is submitted to our business email account. Your IP address and Geo Coordinates is also captured for security purposes. When Zehlm® accepts payment for services rendered, an invoice requesting payment is sent to you at the email address "you" advise us to send the invoice to. Our transaction provider is SQUARE. The invoice will require: Name, Email, Phone number, and your financial card information, which is in the convienence of "your email inbox". The invoice will give you the option to allow Zehlm® to keep your card information on file. This information is used by us to identify you and contact you.

Browser Cookies and Scripts

   Like many web sites, Zehlm® uses a standard technology titled "cookies."   Clients and potential customers. Your business is truly important to us and we appreciate your interest in our services. Zehlm® Web Development, LLC has trained knowlegable coders and programmers to ensure the industry standards in webpage design and website development. We are not to be coorelated to others in the industry to a perspective that our services have any relation to the procedures or costs other companies may provide in the field of website design. Our services rendered are complied at the time an agreement has been made verbal or otherwise and any payments made are final; as there is no material goods that are involved to make a return. Hours spent programming are not a refundable process and all amounts owed to Zehlm® Web Development, LLC will be pursued relentlessly by using all means necessary, included but not limited to United States Government resources, individual US State resources, and other Global resources. [see:  Federal Trade Commission] Our flexability to work with our clients goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory "service". A procedure of writing code is a "non-returnable" service that a refund is simply not an option. Zehlm® Web Development, LLC websites are custom coded for a client and their needs specifically, and are not a "re-usable" object for transfer to another potential client or relevant to a material object that can be inspected and resold.

  We do not accept checks, mail in resources, or raincheck bankdrafts. Unfortunately there are too many potential scams that take place in society. Payments that are approved: Square emailed invoice, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Payoneer. Other methods may be accepted upon approval. Acception for checks may be approved by making an in person visit to our office and displaying adequate State or Government issued identification as authorized by the definition under the United States Homeland Security Real ID Act. Apology issued for any inconvienence this may cause.
