  Your privacy is important to us. Zehlm® Web Development, LLC has created this Privacy Policy to explain how your information is protected, collected, and utilized. This Privacy Policy applies to our website(s) we operate. This Privacy Policy probably will be updated when we are advised to do so. You can always review the most recent and only version here. By using our website(s) and services, you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies definitely may evolve in the future. If there is a conflict between our 'Terms of Use' governing your transactions, using our website(s), and this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use may control.
  Zehlm® privacy policy applies to website(s) that we operate; However, we are not liable for the practices our clients operate after our services are complete and final, for their usage of their website after finalization of our services is their responsibility.
  Zehlm® Web Development, LLC does not tollerate theft or fraud. If you are trying to scam or commit financial card theft, you will be reported to law enforcement. Under these circumstances, we can obtain your ip address, phone number, email address, the signatures and geographical coordinance of your whereabouts through a cellular tower grid or satellite operative.

Protecting Your Privacy

On our website(s), the only information we presently ask for is on a general contact-submission form. The form requests "Name", "Email address", and "Message", which is submitted to our business email account. Your IP address and Geo Coordinates is also captured for security purposes. When Zehlm® accepts payment for services rendered, an invoice requesting payment is sent to you at the email address "you" advise us to send the invoice to. Our transaction provider is SQUARE. The invoice will require: Name, Email, Phone number, and your financial card information, which is in the convienence of "your email inbox". The invoice will give you the option to allow Zehlm® to keep your card information on file. This information is used by us to identify you and contact you.

Zehlm® will not share any of your Personally Identifiable Information, except for the information you choose to publicly disclose, or with our advertisers or, any third-parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sale email addresses. When you submit the contact form and click submit button, the form is reset.
Vital information and your email is secure and encrypted, between us, Square, and the email providers.
Zehlm® does not knowingly collect information from persons 13 years of age or under. There is no "functionable" registration and login account available at this time. The contact form is not bound by age laws and is to the discretion of the person providing the device to access the internet. If Zehlm® discovers that the individual is unauthorized the submitted informations will be removed.

Browser Cookies and Scripts

Like many web sites, Zehlm® uses a standard technology titled "cookies." A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer's hard drive that can be accessed by a specific website to make your experience quicker and more convenient. We do not use cookies to retrieve any information from your computer other than the information you provide in the contact form. The cookie our website issues to your browser is for installing our website on your device as a "Progressive Web App" if you choose to install. If you do not choose to install, the cookie is used to help the website load faster and appear instantly for immediate use. If you clear your browser cache, the cookie is removed and the process will be repeated the next time you access zehlm.com. A "web beacon" is an electronic file that signals when a web page, an advertisement, a video or other type of content has been viewed. A "script" is a short section of computer code included in a Webpage or other content that can be used to set and access a cookie on your computer's hard drive and to record your activity on a website. Zehlm® does not knowingly allow any source to use these mentioned tools for any process. How other companies use their own cookies, web beacons and scripts and the information they gather is subject to those companies' own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. Some of these companies are participants in the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI"), a cooperative of online marketing and analytics companies committed to building consumer awareness and establishing responsible business and data management practices and standards.

Data Zehlm® Collects

Any information that we collect is used for the purposes of business procedure only. We do not collect your information for any other reason. The information we collect may be of the following:

zehlm.com obtains your IP address and Geo Location Coordinates when you submit the contact form successfully
Your name, email, telephone number, and residential or business address for our contact form and invoicing.
When taking payments for services we may ask for a photo of your State driver license or ID card to verify who you are before we make a financial card transaction. Federal and State laws allow this under the United States Homeland Security Real ID Act. It is our responsibility to request identification for financial security verification of identity. We do not keep your identification on file under normal circumstances, so if you purchase services in the future, you may be asked again to provide ID. Your information may be kept 90 days to provide to law enforcement during an investigation or questionability of fradulent charges, or financial card theft.
Credit card information, including credit card numbers, is collected but not stored. We use trusted third party vendors to handle secure credit card transactions for us. Our vendors use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and are PCI compliant.
All donations payments are transacted through Go Fund Me and are separate from our website services transactions. These matters are under Go Fund Me privacy policy outside of the information we collect as stated above.

Our use

The following reasons are why we use the information listed:

Your name, email, phone number, and address is used to create a customer account, so you can be contacted during our services and maintenance plans services. This is also necessary for assistance in identifying you for financial transactions.
To enforce our terms of use.
Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
To be able to provide customer service to you
To automatically scan messages to check for spam, fraud, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content. (cookies, scripts)
To collect data analytics for determining what viewers do while visiting our website, which is for insight on what we can do to improve viewer usability, sustainability, and functionality.

Considered a computer programming entity based in internet, website development, webpage design and code technology.

Clients and potential customers. Your business is truly important to us and we appreciate your interest in our services. Zehlm® Web Development, LLC has trained knowlegable coders and programmers to ensure the industry standards in webpage design and website development. We are not to be coorelated to others in the industry to a perspective that our services have any relation to the procedures or costs other companies may provide in the field of website design. Our services rendered are complied at the time an agreement has been made verbal or otherwise and any payments made are final; as there is no material goods that are involved to make a return. Hours spent programming are not a refundable process and all amounts owed to Zehlm® Web Development, LLC will be pursued relentlessly by using all means necessary, included but not limited to United States Government resources, individual US State resources, and other Global resources. [see: Federal Trade Commission] Our flexability to work with our clients goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory "service". A procedure of writing code is a "non-returnable" service that a refund is simply not an option. Zehlm® Web Development, LLC websites are custom coded for a client and their needs specifically, and are not a "re-usable" object for transfer to another potential client or relevant to a material object that can be inspected and resold.

Payments

We do not accept checks, mail in resources, or raincheck bankdrafts. Unfortunately there are too many potential scams that take place in society. Payments that are approved: Square emailed invoice, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Payoneer. Other methods may be accepted upon approval. Acception for checks may be approved by making an in person visit to our office and displaying adequate State or Government issued identification as authorized by the definition under the United States Homeland Security Real ID Act. Apology issued for any inconvienence this may cause.
